1. Introduction

Matcme provides a platform for individuals and families seeking marriage to create profiles, discover compatible matches, and communicate with one another. These Terms apply to all visitors, registered members, and paying subscribers.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the legal marriage age in your jurisdiction if higher, and legally able to enter into a binding contract to use Matcme. By registering, you confirm that all information you provide is truthful and that you are seeking a genuine marriage partnership.

3. Account registration

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. Matcme is not liable for any loss arising from your failure to secure your login details.

4. Membership and payments

Matcme offers Free, Weekly, and Premium membership plans. Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis according to the plan you select, and features associated with each tier are described at the time of purchase.

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. Unless required by law, fees already paid are non-refundable.

5. Profile content and accuracy

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information on your profile, including photos, personal details, and partner preferences. You may not impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity, marital status, or intentions.

You retain ownership of the content you upload, but grant Matcme a license to display it on the platform to facilitate matching, in accordance with your privacy settings.

6. Code of conduct

You agree to treat other members with respect and honesty. Harassment, abusive language, discriminatory remarks, or any behavior that makes another member feel unsafe is not tolerated and may result in account suspension.

7. Prohibited activities

You may not use Matcme to solicit money, advertise goods or services, distribute unlawful content, create multiple or fake profiles, scrape or harvest member data, or use the platform for any purpose other than seeking a marriage partner. Violation of this section may result in immediate account termination and, where applicable, referral to law enforcement.

8. Verification and safety

Matcme offers identity verification features to build trust between members, but we do not conduct criminal background checks and cannot guarantee the identity, intentions, or conduct of any member. You are responsible for exercising your own judgment and caution when communicating with or meeting other members.

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your account, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or harmful conduct, or for any other reason at our discretion. You may deactivate or delete your account at any time from your settings.

10. Intellectual property

All Matcme branding, design, software, and platform content, excluding member-submitted profile content, is the property of Matcme and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without our written permission.

11. Disclaimers

Matcme is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that you will find a match, that matches will be compatible, or that the platform will be uninterrupted or error-free.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Matcme shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, or from your interactions with other members, including in-person meetings arranged through Matcme.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lahore, Pakistan.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of Matcme after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
